As a Realtor in Thurston County since 1991, Kevin Lynch has enjoyed a consistent and successful career. Over the course of his career, Kevin has successfully assisted clients in the sale of more than 500 home which have been split almost evenly between sellers and buyers. Working with both keeps his knowledge of the market current and accurate. There have been hardly a measurable number of transactions in which Kevin has been involved that did not make it to closing. This is attributed to his hands on approach; being certain that buyers in the transaction are financially qualified; and to the great community support he has cultivated with inspectors, contractors, title people, and financial institutions. Whether you are a buyer or seller, Kevin will be attentive to the needs of your transaction process at every step.

Jill Lynch was first licensed as a Realtor in 1994 and returned to full time Real Estate in 2004 to assist our clients. Her strengths are utilized to direct the marketing of our listings and assist our clients in their search for homes.
